This website presents the accommodation portfolio managed by Veya Stay. It is not an online booking platform and no reservation is created through this site. All stays are arranged directly with our team following an enquiry.

Enquiries and availability

Property information, imagery and descriptions are provided in good faith and may change. Availability is confirmed only in writing by Veya Stay following an enquiry.

Stay agreements

Confirmed stays are subject to a written stay agreement setting out rates, payment terms, security deposit, cancellation terms and house rules for the specific residence.

Guest conduct

Guests must comply with the house rules and any applicable building by-laws. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Veya Stay may terminate a stay where conduct places the property, neighbours or guests at risk.

Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond fair wear and tear. To the extent permitted by law, Veya Stay's liability is limited to the value of the accommodation charges paid.
