We collect the information you provide when making an enquiry — your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates and any details you include in your message. For confirmed stays we also collect identification and billing details as required to operate the accommodation.
How we use your information
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage stays, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, meet legal and building obligations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about our portfolio.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only where necessary: to building management where required for access, to service providers who assist us in operating the property, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Website enquiries are delivered using an email service provider and are not intentionally stored in a website enquiry database. Ordinary retention may still apply within the email provider and receiving mailbox. Access is limited to authorised team members.
Cookies and analytics
No external analytics provider is currently configured by this website, and the website does not set analytics cookies or use browser storage for analytics. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.
