This is a nice quiet apt with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The nice yard is a bounce which provides a nice outdoor space and a unique views from the inside. This apt is close to the Auburn Train Station (about 2 mins walking distance), which is around 30mins to the CBD by the train. Having a parking spot in the same building, combined with the nearby train station, this apt is easy to go everywhere by either public transport or by driving. Coles is abt 5 mins driving distance, the CBD is abt 15 mins driving distance. It has washing machine, dryer, gas top, microwave, dishwasher… It has enough cabinets for store things. It’s the perfect place for both short stay and long stay! Plz Note: ** No sofa bed, Maximum 2 people! ** 1 towel per person per stay, and towels will be set at the two bedrooms, no towels will be set in the ground level. ** No party, Quiet Time from 11pm to 7 am. ** No animals/pets.
